SHARI BRASE-SMITH, RN, MS
President
Shari Brase-Smith has been involved with JFM since the very beginning of 2018. Shari is a Registered Nurse who has a background in starting and working with non-profits. Shari is committed to the long-term development of JFM in order to show the love of Jesus to and serve the most people in the most efficient way possible. Shari graduated from Lifestyle Christianity University in Watauga, TX, and completed a year as a pastoral intern there. Shari works as a Home Hospice Nurse. Shari is also an author, photographer, and gardener. She resides in Cedar Rapids, IA
TARA LYNCH
Vice-President
Tara is a happily married, mother of two, and a fierce lover of Jesus Christ with a heart to see the love of Jesus spread all over the world! Tara has been supporting Benbella and Jesus Freedom Ministries since January of 2020, and over that time has personally witnessed the amazing growth and blessings of Jesus on the ministry, as each week brings with it a bountiful harvest for the Kingdom of Heaven. Tara and her husband, Austin, are truly excited for this next adventure with JFM and cannot wait to see what God has in store for us all!
THOMAS MEEKER
Treasurer
Tom is an author and retired Avionics Systems Engineer. Tom became a member of the JFM team after seeing the wonderful power of Jesus being expressed through this ministry and the number of people that are being reached with the gospel. Currently, Tom is focused on his music ministry, being a bassist in his church worship band, and ministering to people in his church and home group through speaking, teaching, and writing.
AUBREEÂ PINCKNEY
Secretary
Aubree is a wife, mother of two, and an artist. She is passionate about using whatever gifts and opportunities the Lord provides to show the world the Love and Light of Jesus.
Together with her husband, she has been supporting Jesus Freedom Ministry since 2020 and can’t wait to see what plans God has to further the ministry in the coming years.

JORDAN PINKNEY
Project Director
Jordan is a husband, father and literacy program director for middle school children. He has a heart for connecting people from a wide range of social and cultural backgrounds and uniting them in common causes for the Kingdom of God! He and his wife Aubree have been close friends and supporters of Jesus Freedom Ministry since 2020. He is a strong believer that we have only just begun to scratch the surface of what Jesus will do in Kenya through JFM in the near future.
AUSTIN LYNCH
Officer
Austin is a husband and father of two, who has served with the United States Marine Corps, and who has a God given desire to see the Kingdom of Heaven invade third world nations. Along side his wife, Tara, Austin has supported Jesus Freedom Ministry since 2020 and through his experiences overseas, Austin has become a reliable sounding board for JFM, as we work on current and future projects.
THE TEAM IN KENYA
In a Non-Profit organization, team members, including board members, work together to fulfill the organizations mission, with board members focusing on governance, strategy and oversight, while the team members handle the day-to-day operations and program implementation. BENBELLA OLAYO
Pastor/Evangelist/Missionary
Benbella, the oldest brother of six siblings, is the very heart and soul of Jesus Freedom Ministry. His obedience to the call God placed on his life, and his willingness to follow the guidance of Holy Spirit, has led to revolution of the Kingdom of Heaven in Kenya. His tenacity and desire to see all come to accept the saving grace of Jesus Christ is a contagious fire that burns bright, for all!
GEORGE ODOUR
Media Manager/ Missionary
George, second oldest under Benbella, but taller in stature, is the man behind the pictures and videos. When Shari went to visit them in Kenya, George took to shooting photos and videos like it was second nature and his deep love for Jesus and the people of Kenya is what drives him to want to capture every precious moment, so that God can receive all Glory and Honor through those being impacted because of JFM.
ELVIS WAMALWA
Missionary
Elvis, the youngest of the brothers, has such a huge heart for the hurting and lost. He brings a bright smile and warm welcome to all who JFM crosses paths with. He is an ever-ready helping hand when it comes to the tasks and assignments the Lord brings them.
